Dispatch
Did you order before 10:00 p.m.? Then your parcel will be sent the same day. In the Netherlands, 95% is delivered the next day.
For Belgium, France, and Germany, slightly different delivery times apply (see below).
Sending packages
Our products are located in a distribution center that cooperates with DHL, GLS, PostNL, Bpost, La Poste and DPD. Through this network, we can ship quickly and reliably to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. In each country, our partners use local courier services to deliver your package as smoothly as possible.
Netherlands: PostNL, DHL or DPD - usually the next day at home; delivery within 1–4 working days
Belgium: Bpost, DPD or DHL - delivery within 1–4 working days
Germany: DHL DE, DPD or GLS - delivery within 2–4 working days
France: La Poste / Colissimo, DPD or GLS - delivery within 2–5 working days
Do you think something went wrong with the shipping process or did you receive a strange message from the courier? Let us know - we will look into it with you immediately. If necessary, we will contact the relevant shipping party on your behalf.

Track and Trace
All packages are shipped with a Track & Trace code. You will receive this by email as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to easily track your package in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.
